My father, Derez DeShon, has been a pivotal influence on my musical journey. His success and dedication have provided me with a blueprint for my career. This recognition was a major confidence boost and a testament to the potential of my music.

Another highlight was opening for my dad’s birthday celebration, an event that was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating. Sharing the stage with him and receiving positive feedback from his fans was an incredible experience. Additionally, performing at my first sweet 16 and a pep rally at my school a month ago were significant milestones. These performances allowed me to connect with younger audiences and gain valuable live performance experience. The recognition and support I receive from fans, who not only listen to my music but know the lyrics and rap along, are incredibly humbling and motivating.
